Gayle Forman is an award-winning author and journalist whose articles have appeared in numerous publications, including Seventeen, Cosmopolitan and Elle in the US. She lives in Brooklyn with her family.
In 2007 she published her first young adult novel ‘Sisters in Sanity’ which she based on an article she had written for Seventeen. One of her most beloved series is ‘If I Stay’, a story about 17 year old girl who has been involved in a tragic car accident which is currently made into a movie. In 2013 she wrote ‘Just One Day’ followed by ‘Just One Year’. Her latest book ‘I Was Here’ will arrive in early 2015 and it follows a teen girl as she explores her best friend’s suicide.
